知道未来

《圣经》1*和上帝先知2*的话语，实在才是真正的报纸或新闻杂志。所有其他新闻报纸所告诉你的全是些已发生过的事情，因此它们不真的是新闻，而是历史。但是《圣经》告诉我们有关明日将会发生的事。《圣经》有数千个叙述详情的预言，叙述一些特别指定的人物、地点、时间、情况和事件，有些在事情发生数千年以前就已被预言了。（以赛亚书34:16;42:9;彼得后书1:19-21）

《圣经》中有许多预言，在叙述这个世界历史的最后一段时期。也就是耶稣再回来，终止今天所有不公平的事，在世上建立他自己的爱与和平的王国之前的那段时期。那就是人类的王国在这地球上统治的最后时期，《圣经》称为“末期”、“末后的日子”、“末时”等等。你我现在就正生活在这段时间里。（但以理书2:28;8:23;12:4）

 

时兆

当耶稣的门徒们想要了解未来，而问耶稣说∶“您的再次降临和世界的末了，有什么预兆呢？”他并没有只告诉他们一个预兆，而是许多的预兆。事实上《圣经》告诉我们数十个这些“时兆”，我们只须留意这些兆头，就能精确地知道我们离那最后的“末日”有多么近了。（请阅读马太福音第24章）

这些兆头包括有∶“多处必有饥荒、瘟疫、地震”（马太福音24:7），这些情形正在引人注目的发生；“福音3*要传遍天下，对万国作见证4*”（马太福音24:14）；国际之间的旅游剧烈增加，“必有多人来往奔跑，他们必飘流，从这海到那海，知识又必大大增长了”（但以理书12:4;阿摩司书8:11,12）；有一个极大的“离道反教”（帖撒罗尼迦后书2:3）、即背离上主的情形发生，因为“作恶的、迷惑人的，必变得愈来愈恶，欺骗许多人”（提摩太后书3:13）；“许多人的爱心渐渐变得冷淡了”（马太福音24:12），于是导致“地上的邦国有困苦，人心因惧怕而衰亡。”（路加福音21:25,26）所有这些兆头全都在今天被明显地应验了，其程度超过以前任何时候。

 

世界性的统一政府

许多先知们预言，那个显示出最后“末日”的其中一个最重要及最后的兆头，就是一个完全反上帝的世界性政府之兴起。它是由一位如魔鬼5*般的独裁者所主宰的，这人将实际上会完全由撒但本人所附身及控制。这位世界领袖在《圣经》中被称作是“兽”或“反基督”。这人将会借着提出一个七年的协议或盟约（这盟约可能已被人暗中签订和施行）而兴起，他将会在盟约中许诺带给世界和平及宗教自由。当那即将来临的全球性经济崩溃发生以后，他毫无疑问的也将会担当一个重要的角色，来复兴世界的经济。

有一段时期，大部份世人将会以为“反基督”这人是奇妙而伟大的，因为他将带来和平、复兴世界经济、解决中东危机，许诺宗教自由等等。但是突然之间，就在他的统治快要结束时，他将毁弃与世人的盟约，并且会禁止废除所有传统性的宗教崇拜，宣称他本人就是上帝，并要求世人崇拜他。（但以理书9:27;8:9-12;11:21-24,28-31,36;帖撒罗尼迦后书2:3,4,8,9）

《圣经》预言在这时，他将会把一个偶像，也就是他自己的像，安置在耶路撒冷的圣殿地区，《圣经》称它是一个“行毁坏可憎的”。它很可能会是某种电脑机器人，或是反基督政府的电讯系统，因为它将能说话，并能用某种方法来使那些拒绝拜它的人被毁灭。耶稣曾说过，当你看到这个偶像，这个“行毁坏可憎的”，站在圣殿时，你就会知道一段“大灾难6*”的时期，已经开始了。（但以理书11:31;12:11;马太福音24:15-21;启示录13:14,15）

 

兽印–666

在大灾难期间，即在反基督七年统治之半，他的政府将设立一个世界性的统一信用制度，来取代现行的纸币制度。他将会要求每个人都接受政府所发行的信用号码，这个号码在《圣经》被称作是“兽印”。这个兽印多半会像是一个微晶片，可容纳每个人的个人身分证明、医疗及经济状况记录等等资料。这个微晶片将被移植入人们右手或前额的皮肤底下。（请读启示录13:16-18）

使用像这样的微晶片和信用制度所需之科技现在已存在，而根据新闻报导，它们已被试用在某些美国及欧洲城市中。

反基督政府将会利用这个新的信用制度，来设法迫使每个人崇拜反基督，否则就会饿死。因为若没有这个号码或“兽印”的话，没有人能买或卖东西。但是上帝的孩子们将拒绝崇拜他，或接受其“兽印”。而上主将会照顾我们，即使他必须从天上降下粮食来喂养我们也好。（启示录13:16-18;12:6,14）

 

耶稣再回来

就在反基督得势七年以后，也就是在他毁弃“盟约”及强迫人们接受他的“印”之后三年半那时，耶稣将会突然“有能力、有大荣耀，驾着天上的云降临。”耶稣将会拯救他所有的子女，就是所有那些相信他及曾接受他在他们心中的人，离开这世界。这个富高潮性的惊人事件通常被人称作是“信徒升天与主在空中相会”。世界历史上最黑暗的夜晚一过去，我们就将有最光明的黎明。（马太福音24:29-31）

那时所有上帝得救的孩子们，将会立刻改变，变成一个新人。因为他们会得到我们那新的、神奇无比、大有能力、超自然、“复活过的身体”，就好像耶稣复活后的身体一样。而我们全都会飞向天空，“在空中与上主相遇，这样我们就要和主永远同在了。”（帖撒罗尼迦前书4:14-17;哥林多前书15:51-57;腓立比书3:21）

 

哈米吉多顿之战

在耶稣把他的孩子们提升、离开这个世界不久之后，他本人连同他那些复活了、被荣耀了的天堂军力，一起骑着先知所描述的超奇白马，从天堂再次回到地球上来，在这场会造成伤亡极大的“哈米吉多顿之战”中，完全打败及毁灭反基督，和彻底消灭他的势力。在那同时，耶稣和它的军力也会拯救那些尚未得救，但在抵抗那如禽兽般的反基督的人们。这些反抗反基督的人们，虽然他们以前也许因为他们本身所拥有的宗教信念，而未曾相信及接受耶稣，但他将会在那即将来临的、基督统治世界的千年“黄金时代7*”里生活，那时他们将获得机会去认识他和爱他。（启示录9:13-21;19:11-21;17:14;16:12-21）

 

上帝的新世界体制

然后我们这些上帝的跟随者们，和我们的国王耶稣基督将占领这世界，统治及管理它，按照人类若曾顺服上帝的话，应被治理的方式去做。我们将会建立一个在地上的上帝王国，并且使得地球再重新恢复成“伊甸园8*”般的美丽情景。这段令人惊叹无比的时期将持续一千年，因此它被称作是“千禧年”。（但以理书2:44;7:18,26,27;启示录20:4）

 

太空城市

在“千禧年”结束之后，上帝那座伟大堂皇的天堂城市将会从天降到那个美丽的、被再造的、如伊甸园般的地球之上。上帝将亲自与我们同住在这地球上。那将会像上帝从外太空来侵犯地球，占领这世界，把他的“天堂城市”带到地上来，并且重新恢复他那“万王之王”的身份，直到永恒。这座庞大的“太空城市”有1,500 哩长，1,500 哩宽，1,500 哩高。（1,500哩等于2,414公里）（启示录第21、22章）

那将会是一个更美好的世界，住在其中的人也将会是更美好善良的，那时他们已学习到按照上帝爱的律法来生活，会比以前快乐幸福得多。只有最邪恶的人，如撒但、反基督、他的假先知和他们那些最热烈排斥基督的跟随者们，才会被送到火湖受罚，及炼净他们穷凶极恶的反叛性。

以上我们叙述的一些事，或许会使你感到吃惊，但是它们是上帝圣言9*的真理。如果你感兴趣，如果你真的想要知道那些即将发生的事，你可以自己通过阅读《圣经》而得到。你将会对上帝为他的孩子所预备的未来而向往无比呢！愿上帝祝福及保守你，直到最终了！

1*圣经–由上帝启示、记载基督教教义的书。

5*魔鬼–他曾是上帝的天使长之一，因骄傲而反叛上帝，堕落为恶灵之首，被称为魔鬼，又名撒但。

6*大灾难–在世界末期，基督徒遭受世界性迫害，而且世界各地发生许多灾难的期间。

7*“黄金时代”–耶稣再次来临而统治世界的头一千年时期，名“千禧年”。

8*伊甸园–上帝创造来给世界上第一对男女亚当和夏娃居住与照顾的园子。

9*上帝的圣言–指圣经和有关主耶稣的刊物及祷告时从上帝直接得到的话语、启示和预言等。

 

KNOW THE FUTURE!

THE BIBLE and the words of God’s prophets are actually the only real newspapers or news books in the world! All other newspapers tell you what already happened yesterday, so they are not really newspapers, they are history papers! But the Bible tells us what is going to happen tomorrow. It is full of thousands of detailed prophecies, describing specific people, places, times, situations and events thousands of years before they came into being. (See Isaiah 34:16; 42:9; 2, Peter 1:19-21.)

Many of these prophecies are about the final period of world history just before Jesus will return to put an end to all of today’s injustices and to set up His own kingdom of love and peace on earth. These last final days of man’s kingdoms on earth are known in the Bible as the “Time of the End,” the “Latter Days,” the “Last Days,” etc.. The time in which you and I are now living! (See Daniel 2:28; 8:23; 12:4.)

 

Signs of the Times!

When Jesus’ disciples wanted to know the future and asked Him, “What shall be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the world?” He didn’t tell them of only one sign, but many! In fact, the Bible gives us scores of “signs of the times,” signs and signals that we are to look out for so that we can know exactly how close to the very end we are. (See Matthew 24.)

These signs include: a dramatic upsurge in “famines, disease and earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7); “the Gospel being preached in all the world for a witness to all nations” (Matthew 24:14); a drastic increase in international travel, with “many running to and fro, wandering from sea to sea, as knowledge is greatly increased” (Daniel 12:4; Amos 8:11,12); a great “falling away” from the Lord (2Thessalonians 2:3) as “evil men and seducers grow worse and worse, deceiving many” (2Timothy 3:13); “the love of many growing cold” (Matthew 24:12); resulting in “distress of nations upon the earth and men’s hearts failing them for fear” (Luke 21:25,26). Signs which are all obviously being fulfilled today more than ever before.

 

One-World Government

One of the most important and final signs of the very end that many prophets have predicted is the rise of a totally anti-God world government led by a demonic dictator known as the “Beast” or the Antichrist, who will be possessed and controlled by Satan himself. This man will come to power with a seven-year agreement, a “covenant,” in which he will promise world peace and religious freedom. He will also be instrumental in rescuing the world from its present worsening economic crisis, which many predict will soon escalate into a full-scale global financial crash.

For a while, most of the world will hail the Antichrist as a political saviour; he will have brought peace, restored the world’s economy, solved the Middle East crisis, etc. But suddenly, three-and-a-half years after the enactment of the seven-year covenant, he will repudiate it, and will forbid and abolish all traditional religious worship, declaring that he himself is God and demanding that all the world worship him! (See Daniel 9:27; 8:9-12; 11:21-24,28-31,36; 2Thessalonians 2:3,4,8,9; Revelation 13:2-7.)

At this time, Scripture indicates he will place an extraordinary idol, an image of himself, in the rebuilt Jewish temple in Jerusalem, referred to in the Bible as the “Abomination of Desolation.” This could very likely be a high-tech computerised robot or a telecommunications system for his global regime, as it will speak and somehow even cause those who refuse to worship it to be killed. Jesus Himself said that when you see this image, this Abomination of Desolation, standing there in the temple, then would begin a time of “Great Tribulation”–a terrible persecution of those who refuse to submit to the Antichrist’s regime and worship him. (See Daniel 11:31; 12:11; Matthew 24:15-21; Revelation 13:14,15.)

 

The Mark of the Beast–666!

During the Tribulation period–the second half of the Antichrist’s seven-year reign–his government will adopt a universal credit system, replacing the cash system presently used. He will require that everyone be issued a credit number, referred to in the Bible as the “Mark of the Beast.” This mark will most likely be a microchip, containing everyone’s personal identification, medical and financial records, etc., which will be implanted under the skin of their right hand or forehead. (See Revelation 13:16-18.) The technology for such a chip and credit system already exists and according to news reports is presently being tested in some American and European cities! (See an upcoming Living Waters issue for more fascinating details on this!)

The Antichrist government will use this new credit system to try to force everybody to worship the Antichrist or face starvation, because no one will be able to buy or sell without it. But the followers of God will refuse to worship him or receive his mark. And the Bible promises that the Lord will take care of them, even if He has to supernaturally drop bread from the heavens to feed them! (See Revelation 12:6,14.)

 

Jesus Returns!

Seven years after the Antichrist’s rise to power, and exactly 3-1/2 years after he breaks the “covenant” and imposes his “mark,” Jesus will suddenly return “in the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.” Jesus will snatch all of His children–those who believe on Him and who have received Him in their hearts–out of this world in this climactic event commonly referred to as the Rapture. Just after that darkest night in world history we are going to have the brightest dawn! (Matthew 24:29-31.)

All of God’s saved children will be instantly changed, transformed, as they receive new, miraculous, powerful, supernatural, “resurrection bodies”–Just like Jesus’ body after He was resurrected! We’ll be supernaturally taken up, “to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord!” (1Thessalonians 4:14-17; 1Corinthians 15:51-57; Philippians 3:21).

 

Armageddon

Shortly after rapturing His children from this earth, Jesus Himself, along with His resurrected, glorified, heavenly forces, will return from Heaven on what the prophet described as supernatural white horses, to utterly defeat and destroy the Antichrist and totally annihilate his forces in the catastrophic Battle of Armageddon. At this time, Jesus and His forces will also rescue the unsaved people who were resisting the bestial Antichrist. Though they had not previously believed in and received Jesus, those who resisted the Antichrist–perhaps because of their own religious convictions–will live on into the coming Golden Age of one thousand years of Christ’s reign on Earth, when they will all be given a chance to know and love Him. (See Revelation 9:13-21; 19:11-21; 17:14; 16:12-21.)

 

God’s New World Order

Then we, the followers of God, along with our King, Jesus Christ, will take over the world and organize it and rule it and run it the way it should have been run if man had yielded to God! We are going to set up the Kingdom of God on Earth and restore the earth to the peace and beauty of the Garden of Eden. This amazing period will last for one thousand years and is therefore known as the Millennium. (See Daniel 2:44; 7:18,26,27; Revelation 20:4.)

 

Space City

At the end of the Millennium, God’s great heavenly city will descend from above to the Earth, which will have been recreated into a beautiful Garden-of-Eden-like paradise. And God Himself will dwell with us right here on earth! It will be like God taking over the world by invading it from outer space–bringing down His heavenly city and restoring Himself as the King of kings forever! This great “Space City” is 1,500 miles long, 1,500 miles wide and 1,500 miles high! (See Revelation 21 and 22.)

It will be a better world, with better people who will have learned to live by God’s loving laws and will be happier than ever before. Only the most wicked of all, such as Satan, the Antichrist, his false prophet and their most ardent Christ-rejecting followers will have been sent to the Lake of Fire to be punished and purged of their diabolical rebelliousness!
