你可以时时不断地祷告！
你并不需要俯在地上疯狂地祷告才会被上主听见。无论你在做任何事情，都可以随时进行祷告，就像你一边走路一边思考一样！而且，在你做任何事情的时候，都可以得到他的恩膏和被他的圣灵所带领！如果你在思考和祷告你正在做的事情、以及请求上帝给你智慧的话，他就会启发你！他的圣言说：“要不住的祷告！”（帖前5:17）
在你做每件事之前，都要先请求上主，确定这是他想让你去做的事情。“在你一切所行的事上，都要认定他，他必指引你的路。”（箴3:6）你要停下手中的事，请求上主来帮助你；你要显示你在倚赖他，并让自己的灵安静下来。
上主想被人恭认，他想让你知道：你需要他！有许多事情的发生，并不在你的控制范围之内，但它们却在上主的控制范围之内！因此，要保持接近上主、不断地请求他的保护，要总是请求上主来保守你、祝福你和保护你，而他必会这么做！
上主，请帮助我们与您保持亲近，帮助我们保留在您的旨意之中，去服从您，并每时每刻都跟随您。耶稣，请让我们的心随时都与您保持一致，帮助我们保持正确的动机和意志，而且每件事在你看来都是正确的！谢谢您耶稣！

You can pray all the time.
God’s Word tells us that we are to “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). You don’t have to be down on your hands and knees praying frantically to be heard. Prayer is something you can and should be doing all the time, no matter what else you 
are doing—like thinking on your feet. You can be anointed and led by Him in anything you do. If you’re thinking and praying about what you’re doing and asking God for wisdom, He will give it to you (James 1:5).
Ask the Lord about everything before you do it. Make sure that’s what He wants you to do. “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:6). Stopping your activity and asking the Lord for His help shows your reliance on Him and brings a hush to your spirit. The Lord wants to be recognised, and He wants you to remember that you need Him.
(Prayer:) Keep us close to You, Lord, and help us to stay in the center of Your will, obedient and following You moment by moment. Every moment, keep our hearts right, our minds right, our motives right, and everything right with You. Amen.
