Have you been searching for purpose and meaning in your life? Do you sometimes feel like you are being forced into somebody else’s mold, or are stuck in an endless cycle of work, worry, and a seemingly meaningless struggle for survival? Through Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice, mankind can live freely in this life and forever enjoy Heaven hereafter! When Jesus died and rose again, He defeated death and the devil forever. He took the burden of every sin you or I will ever commit, and every oppression you will ever feel. Don’t let sin or anything weigh on your heart. Jesus has already forgiven you. Accept His forgiveness and become the righteousness of Christ. Then when God looks at you, He sees you in Jesus, and He wants to treat you the same way He treats Jesus. You too are a son or daughter of God!
No matter what you’ve done or who you are, you are worthy because God loves you. You matter as a person because you are God’s child. Even if you haven’t asked Him into your life and become His child yet, He just loves us all and finds us worthy of that love and He will pursue us till our lives and hearts are His. His love is so vast and powerful and all encompassing, He will keep pursuing everyone.
After Jesus left this earth, He sent His Holy Spirit in order to fully equip us spiritually to perform miraculous manifestations of His power. Mark 16:17,18 says His followers have full authority and power over the devil. By using the name of Jesus, we can heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons. This power works for all problems: spiritual, emotional or physical. We are no longer bound by sin and sickness. Stand in the power of what is rightfully yours and cast that sin, oppression, or sickness OUT, in Jesus name!
Now when you pray, remember that you have all authority – because Jesus lives in you. You don’t have to beg in prayer anymore. Now you can COMMAND and it shall be done, because “AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD!(1 John 4:17b).
Now you can approach every situation or problem from the standpoint of VICTORY, since Jesus has already done it for you! Use this spiritual principle as a blueprint for your life and refuse to accept ANYTHING that’s going wrong in your life. Cast out every negative emotion and every evil work, and it WILL BE DONE in Jesus Name! Jesus has already paid the price for it all! Refuse to accept ANY spirit of bondage any longer! Choose to live in freedom!
You are now free to live as a Son (Romans 8:16-17). The spirit of the Living God is now dwelling inside of you. NO longer do you have to live and walk in the darkness of defeat. Come into the Light and discover your true identity and destiny as a Son or Daughter of God.
Now that you understand Jesus’ victory, wouldn’t you like to free others who are trapped in this bondage also? It says in His Word, “He is not willing that any should perish” (2 Peter 3:9).
Once you know the truth, the next step is to begin renewing your mind by studying the Word and living by its Truth (obeying it), and then share that truth with those who are lost in darkness. Now you know the TRUTH, let it set you FREE!
If you have not received Jesus, the King of Light into your life, then open your heart to Him now. Surrender your life and will to Him completely. You can do this by praying a simple prayer inviting Him in. You can use whatever words you like.
If you are sincere, He will come in. The best time to do it is RIGHT NOW! Then allow the power of His love to change you from the inside out, and He will!
If you don’t know how to pray, close your eyes and imagine you are talking to a very good friend whom you feel very comfortable with and who understands and loves everything about you. Then say anything that’s in your heart to Him, sharing your heart just as you would to that dear friend. And you can say something like this, “Dear Jesus, please come into my heart. I believe in You and want to love you like You love me. Thank you for taking away my sins and for giving me a brand-new heavenly life with You, forever. Amen”.
